This Privacy Policy covers IvyCap’s treatment of information that IvyCap collects and receives, including information related to Your past use of IvyCap's Platform or Services. Technology and security policies, rules and other precautions are used to shield Your Information from unlawful intruders, unauthorized access, destruction and accidental loss. Our policy is designed to assist You in understanding how We collect, use and safeguard the Information You provide to Us and to assist You in making informed decisions when
using Our IvyCap Platform.

Our primary goal of collecting Your information is to provide You a safe, efficient, smooth and customized
experience. This allows IvyCap to provide services and features that most likely meet Your needs, and to
customize Our IvyCap Platform to make Your experience safer and easier.
When You visit this IvyCap Platform You may provide us with Your;
- Personal Information: Name, mobile number, email id, KYC documents and content which You knowingly disclose that is collected on an individual basis. include information such as "Likes", profile information gathered from social networking sites or the
fact that You viewed or interacted with Our content.

Information shall individually be referred as “Personal Information”, “Communication Information”,
“Automatic Information”, “Stored Information” and “Shared Information” and collectively as
“Information”.

IvyCap Platform, use/retain information under applicable laws for Funds, share Confidential
Information for your reference and address your queries from time to time;
•We use Your Information to customize Your experience; authenticate and provide access to
Services, administer Your Account, detect and protect Us against error, fraud and other criminal
activity, enforce Our terms and conditions, contact You for Your reviews on the IvyCap Platform
(& Your experience using the Services), and as otherwise described to You at the time of collection;
•We may share and/or transfer Your Personal Information if we become involved in a merger,
acquisition, bankruptcy, or any form of sale of some or all of assets for exit options of respective
Funds. We may share Your Personal Information with a third party if We have Your consent to do
so which may be taken in investor meetings/ electronic form on IvyCap Platform or otherwise.
•We may share Your Personal Information with Funds for processing. Such Funds shall comply with
similar safeguards for processing/ sub-processing of Your Personal Information as We do.
•We use Your Information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our
agreements;•We use Your Information continually to improve Our Service offerings; and
•We use Your Information for data analysis, audits, identifying usage trends and determining
effectiveness of Services.
4. Operational Use:
We may share some or all Shared Information with third parties associated with IvyCap, on need to know
basis. You acknowledge and agree such update is for Your interests and for improving personalization and
service efficiency of the IvyCap Platform.
Upon termination or expiration of the main agreements executed by You with IvyCap separately, IvyCap
shall (at Your election) delete or return to You all Your data (including copies) in Our possession or control,
save that this requirement shall not apply to the extent IvyCap is required by applicable law to retain some
or all of the data, or to data it has archived on back-up systems, which IvyCap shall securely isolate and
protect from any further processing, except to the extent required by applicable law.
